Welcome to tunr.sh, a service operated by CAGAN YAZILIM TEKNOLOJILERI SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI ("Company", "we", "us"), built and maintained by ahmet vural and theUglyCode. By using our website, API, or command-line interface ("Services"), you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Host, distribute, or proxy malicious software, phishing sites, or illegal content.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or billing mechanisms.
• Disrupt or degrade the performance of the Relay Network.

2. Data Privacy & Telemetry

Our open source CLI connects to our managed Relay Network. We temporarily process HTTP metadata necessary to route your traffic. We do not inspect the contents of encrypted TLS payloads forwarded through the tunnels. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

3. Local Agent Features (Vibecoder Mode)

Features such as "Freeze Mode", "Demo Mode", and "Feedback Injection" modify the HTTP response payloads strictly on your local machine within the open-source Go proxy. No modifications occur on our edge network.

4. Open Source CLI vs Hosted Relay

The `tunr` command-line tool is open source under the MIT License. The tunr.sh edge Relay Network and Dashboard are proprietary, managed services provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind regarding uptime or availability unless specified under a paid Service Level Agreement (SLA).

5. Payments and Billing

Paid subscriptions (tunr Pro) are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the reseller of our digital products. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and compliance on our behalf. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy for new subscriptions. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Relay Network immediately if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your usage violates these terms or poses a security risk to the platform.
